Issue: Adding a sync offset to an audio source delays the playback of the audio, however it does not delay it as a sidechain source, causing audio ducking to behave improperly.
Steps to reproduce:
Exhibited behavior: The sidechain compression lowers the audio track on source B when source A is received, before being delayed. The result is B's ducking losing synchronization with source A's input.

Issue: Adding a sync offset to an audio source delays the playback of the audio, however it does not delay it as a sidechain source, causing audio ducking to behave improperly.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create two audio sources, A and B
- Add an arbitrary sync offset to source A using the Advanced Audio Properties dialog
- Add a compressor filter to source B
- Set the sidechain source to A
Exhibited behavior: The sidechain compression lowers the audio track on source B when source A is received, before being delayed. The result is B's ducking losing synchronization with source A's input.
