Sync Multiple Cameras permanently

Hello,

I have multiple Cameras (This type: https://shorturl.at/tBH02) in one OBS Scene. Because of the Network Delay I have to sync them, so there are showing the same Moment. I am doing this by using a Render Delay. This is working good somehow but I have one big Problem:
Every Time I switch the Cameras of and on again the Timings i set via the Delays are not fitting anymore so I have to sync them again. This is very annoying, because it takes some Time.

Is there any way I dont see to get them synced permanently?

Probably not. Depending on the protocol, that network delay could be the entire source of your problem, and yes, some are indeed random. There's nothing to do about that except to use a different protocol.
If the cameras only support that one, get some different (non-security) cameras. There's a reason those things are cheap. :-)

Likewise if you look at capture devices for standard signals like HDMI and SDI. The cheap ones of those are cheap for a reason too. Random latency *again*, plus some other problems. Look to spend about $100 per channel, just for the capture, if you go that route.

The expensive solution is to get cameras that support a network (broadcast) time sync, and avoid fluctuating latency of WiFi
