I have a fairly powerful PC.
My setup is fairly straight forward.
I have a 1080p 50fps passing through an Avermedia device into OBS.
THEN, i have 2 sources of audio: 1 USB mic and 1 3.5mm. (The signal from USB is the one that i have added when i setup tue AV source)
Now, the Avermedia has a stupidly massive latency, so i have to delay the audio from the USB mic for 470ms so that the Video signal from the Avermedia gets in-sync with the Audio from the USB audio mic.
The problem is that when i add the second audio signal (3.5mm) with the purpose of syncing it as well with Video signal from the Avermedia.
The problem is that no matter what delay I enter into the field, the system does not apply it.
NOW (please bear with me) ... if I enter any number, come out of the advanced audio properties and come back in and enter the desired delay number, THEN it works ... ¿see what i mean?
it’s pretty silly but it works ... and BTW, do have to do that workaround every time i go into OBS.
