swresample-4.dll Crashes

This crash is an indication of a defective audio data stream. Check your media sources for damaged audio. Might be somewhat difficult to track down which source it is actually.

dose VLC, and win-capture-audio count defective audio data media source too?

I use VLC for music and don't use win-capture-audio anymore I uninstall but still show up in "add sources"

do have tuna to show the name list but forgot to install so doesn't cost that.
 
Live sources are usually not the reason. What has been reported before with this error are media files you include with the media source in OBS. A damaged mp3 file can be the reason, or the audio track of some mp4 file you directly include in OBS. May also be some audio you include with a browser source.
