Question / Help Switching webcam to chat overlay

I must be missing something simple here. I am trying to get it so my webcam is set on a hotkey that I can press to turn the webcam off and in it's place my chat appears when I push a hotkey again my webcam comes back up and covers the chat. Any help is appreciated as I cannot seem to find what I am looking for via keyword searches.

Right now, the easiest way to do this is with two nearly identical scenes, then assign a hotkey to each one. You can duplicate scenes by right-clicking them.
