Question / Help switching titles

I have seen streamers such as ducksauce switch between his twitter and instagram above his webcam in a cool animation. i was wonderting if anybody could help me out on how this is done. thank you
 
Make a new scene and assign a key for it (such as page down).
I use it when I'm going AFK, but dont forget the key to switch back the the live stream.,
 
no i know how to switch from scene to scene. i am asking about the ANIMATION that he has above his webcam that changes constantly during his stream.
 
A bit easier is probably a gif animation as a Image Source. But yea, video would work too, also with transparency if wanted.
 
lol I forgot about mentioning animated gifs on image source, however sometimes obs adds white lines for some odd reasons - that needs fixing
