Question / Help Switching scenes makes Elgato refresh...

Hello so, I stream with OBS now. But I still have a problem which I had not with xSplit.
When I change from Scene 1 (gameplay) to Scene 2 (intermission).
Elgato refreshes again and says one moment please on screen and tv gets black for a second untill its done refreshing.
How do I fix this please?
