Question / Help switching scenes causes 0kb and cannot exit stream

I have seen a few posts on this but I wanted to post my own issue as this is happening on both OBS and SLOBS. There is no crash file so I will just include the latest log file from the streams. Hope this issue can get fixed soon as it just recently started to pop up.

Should mention that I have Obs on my other PC and it works totally fine. This seems to be an issue with my latest update.

I have already tried this. Done about 4 work arounds to try to get it to work and nothing helps. This is the error I get everytime I try to download the 64bit version.
