Question / Help Switching between screen and camera

Can I broadcast a lecture frequently switching between the video captured by on screen camera and my presentation done on the screen through Power point ?

You can prepare 2 scenes for that, one with your "on screen camera", whatever that is, and the other with your presentation. During streaming switch between both. If you define different hotkeys for each scene in Settings->Hotkeys, you can switch with OBS minimized, thus never visible for your viewers.

Thanks for the input. Though the toggle keys help swapping between camera and screen, the screen input does not really capture what is on screen. Any suggestions ?

This seems a detail only a person can resolve that actually handles the PC and OBS Studio.
