Switching between input PAL and SECAM input modes

Hi all!
I would like to capture my old VHS tapes, and I'm new to OBS Studio as well. I installed the latest version (v26.1.1 64 bit).
I'm using a SCART connector with the (white, red, yellow) RCA cables between a Gembird UVG-002 USB stick and a regular Panasonic VCR.
Unfortunately most of my recordings are looking like this:
OBS_Studio_sample.jpg

Earlier (10-15 years ago...) I fixed this issue in a different software by switching between PAL and SECAM modes (as I remember).
I checked the settings related menus in OBS, but I could not find any property to set except Setting/Video/Common FPS values, but setting that doesn't make any difference.

Is there any way for me to fix this?
Thanks for the help in advance!

This would be in your capture device's properties. Open the Video Capture Device source, and at the top there should be buttons for 'configure video' and 'configure crossbar'. Each of those pulls up the config firmware dialogs for the capture device itself, so try each of them. If 'crossbar' doesn't open, your vidcap may not offer crossbar functionality.

That is exactly what I was afraid of...when I click on "Configure crossbar", nothing happens. I really hope it is because the vidcap tool is currently using the driver provided by Windows 10, not by the vendor (Gembird). As last resort, I contacted their support to help, because the latest driver can be found on their site, drops an error when I try to "install".

Can anybody recommend a (relatively cheap and not too old) vidcap device what is surely working and supports this "crossbar" functionality?

Very few outside of professional studio cards support Crossbar, that I've seen.
The format selector (NTSC_M/_J, PAL, SECAM) on my Magewell is under the 'Configure Video' button, on one of the secondary tabs.
