Switched to Software x264

so i got a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060. and i used to have the Nvidia config for streaming. today im opening OBS and i got a warning about Nvec and that it automatically switched back to the X264, i looked through the options and it only has that and nothing else. i cant switch to any output options nor anything. What can i do to fix it?

try researching this forum (and elsewhere) on nVidia driver issues... Also, read up on recent M$ patches and impact (bugs) related to audio, GPU, and more... and the recent hotfix to fix the fixes... sigh
