Question / Help Switch internet Providers - Download or Upload limit?

So I've been streaming for 3 years now, I've always had Unlimited download cap. My family wants to switch Providers but the best they have is 20mbs of Download & 10mbs of Upload (Which is great) with a maximum of 500GB of Download per month. but hes offering me Unlimited Upload..... Does streaming on Twitch or HitBox affect my Download limit or Upload limit?

I stream at 3500kbs for about 5 hours, 3 times a week

Correct. You are UPLOADING video TO twitch.

When you watch video, you are DOWNLOADING from Twitch. :)
