switch capture

I am trying to capture my switch for general use and discord streaming. OBS says its 60fps but footage is obviously not 60. Idk what the issue is im not too good at this. maybe its the capture device idk

Screenshot the Stats dock, and attach a log file.

The Status bar at the bottom will also tell you if the encoder is overloaded. Take that seriously!
