Swapped GPU now cant use anything except x264 encoder

So I was previously using a Gtx 1050 lp and yesterday I upgraded to a 6500 xt and I downloaded OBS again since I had a new card and think id get enough fps to stream well but when going to my encoder I went to switch it since I don't wanna use my CPU instead my GPU but it'll only give me the software x264 encoder

That's correct. The RX 6500 XT doesn't have a built in encoder. Unfortunatelly you'll have to put all the effort on your processor.
