Question / Help Surface Pro with OBS does it work for live streaming?

Hi guys
I've also got a surface pro running Windows 10 home, intel core i7 8650 1.9ghz / 2.11ghz, 16gb ram..
would this be suitable for a simple logitech 922 HD (1080p) web cam and audio technica mic USB live broadcast via youtube live using OBS?
