Does OBS have support for two microphones? If so, how do I set that up? If there's already a thread addressing this issue a link would be much appreciated.

Sort of, but not really. There are some workarounds, but the easiest thing to do will be to wait for the OBS Multiplatform rewrite to be released, which supports multiple input devices. You can try a test build here: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/latest-windows-test-build-0-8-3.23342/
