I asked the same question for the HDPVR back in 2012 and Jim replied saying it will take quite some time to add the HDPVR into the game devices so i imagine its the same for the PVR 2.
BTW HDPVR support for OBS still hasnt been added yet.
That's shame, I saw that Xsplit released Beta drivers for the HD PVR 2 I tried it out. But didnt work properly at all, well it's called beta for a reason i suppose.
