Question / Help Super weird 0.16.2 issue (major glitching/artifacting)

OBS usually works perfectly fine for me. Today, however, it started outputting really blocky recordings. I decided to upgrade to 0.16.2, and it started doing this. I have no idea what's going on here. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

download the latest version on the plugin and try it.

You are running VCE2.0 card, at least, try to read starting from this post: AMD Advanced Media Framework Encoder Plugin for OBS Studio (the video example had blinking issue, yours - is different, but who knows, maybe solution is the same...)
