Hi,
I'm currently working on a project where I'm streaming myself playing keyboard and singing as a kind of show.
Along with this I'm going to have guests appearing from remote locations which is something that I've already sorted.
What I'm also looking at is having my wife joining me BUT she will be in a separate room in the house and (obviously) on another camera.
We're using iPhones for both video sources, since this is all we have, using EpocCam for mine and NDICAM for hers.
The problem was that NDICAM has a higher latency than EpocCam, using settings that my gear can cope with, giving about a 300ms mismatch.
I thought I'd start by introducing a delay to my "EpocCam audio" (which, by the way, was NOT coming from the phone at all) using Advanced Audio Properties > Sync.
To my surprise, my estimate of 300ms appeared spot on and my voice and hand claps were perfectly synchronized!
Wait a minute, I thought, not only are my two"camera's" audio sync'ed BUT the video is also sync'ed!!
Not that I'm complaining BUT how on earth did that happen??
