Question / Help Super strange issue Hook conflict?

I found out that my fps are lower than they were some days ago at a certain game.Now when I press record instead of losing fps my fps rise to the value I had some day ago.That s really anoying since I can t be always recording .what happened?

Unknown hook conflicts aren't really an issue, but I would make sure that raptr (aka gaming evolved) is uninstalled along with gamedvr in the xbox app is disabled. Other than this, 1080@60 is quite high for QSV even with the speed preset. as for the log, everything looks alright to me but I cant really tell you what is going on to cause your issue. why are you usings CBR for local recordings?

I have no idea I ll try VBr.but still like in cs go for example if I turn on my pc then go play the game I have like 280 ish fps,If I do the exact same thing but recording with obs I get 290ish...

So what is the problem? that sounds like more fps

EDIT: anything over 150 shouldn't give you input lag. so def anything in the 250fps or above should just be extra.

the problem is I used ti have those fps while not recording.And now I can t be always recording ,some problem must have happened

Unless your CPU was going into an idle state when just playing CS:GO, I don't know what else could do this. the opposite should actually occur.
