Unknown hook conflicts aren't really an issue, but I would make sure that raptr (aka gaming evolved) is uninstalled along with gamedvr in the xbox app is disabled. Other than this, 1080@60 is quite high for QSV even with the speed preset. as for the log, everything looks alright to me but I cant really tell you what is going on to cause your issue. why are you usings CBR for local recordings?I found out that my fps are lower than they were some days ago at a certain game.Now when I press record instead of losing fps my fps rise to the value I had some day ago.That s really anoying since I can t be always recording .what happened?

So what is the problem? that sounds like more fpsI have no idea I ll try VBr.but still like in cs go for example if I turn on my pc then go play the game I have like 280 ish fps,If I do the exact same thing but recording with obs I get 290ish...

EDIT: anything over 150 shouldn't give you input lag. so def anything in the 250fps or above should just be extra.
Unless your CPU was going into an idle state when just playing CS:GO, I don't know what else could do this. the opposite should actually occur.the problem is I used ti have those fps while not recording.And now I can t be always recording ,some problem must have happened
