I got a new laptop a few days ago and downloaded OBS Studio onto it. I've already posted a forum on this problem on my other computer, (which did get solved and it helped it) So I set all of those settings from there, onto this laptop. (Such as get rid of audio devices that arn't 48000 Hz, set the frame rate to 30, run as admin, and record to MKV) That didn't help anything. So, I started to look into the log file. I found that the laptop's microphone was 44100 Hz, and I tried to get rid of it. But whatever I did, it didn't help at all. I went deeper into the log file and found that it said this "20:16:23.755: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 21719/21786 (99.7%)" I don't know what to do now because sometimes the problem isn't as amplified. I'll post the log file in a comment on this post. Here are my specs, Asus q500a, Intel Core i5 3230M 2.6 GHz, 6 GBs RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4000, and Windows 8.
