Question / Help Super-high quality local recording

Okay, so I need my quality to come out flawless... I stream using OBS, also have local recording setup!
Please tell me how I could get a higher local recording.. My stream quality is great, but my local recording video quality comes out way different from my stream quality..

Are you trying to make the local copy of your live stream come out at a better quality? Or are you doing local recordings only and want them to look better?

Yeah, I'm streaming and checked the stream to save as .mp4 in the settings..
I want those files to look better, they look eh right now..

The local copy is the same thing you stream to Twitch. It is identical in quality, and you can't make it look better. You would have to make a separate recording (using a second copy of OBS, Dxtory, Fraps, etc.) at different settings.

They don't look identical at all, how would I stream better quality than what I'm doing now? 720p @ 60fps @ 3500bitrate

They are definitely the exact same file, I 100% guarantee it. OBS only encodes once, and the file is saved to your hard drive and sent to the streaming server exactly the same. If they don't look the same, then it's a problem with your media player.
