Question / Help Super grainy and motion lag recording

Hey guys
I've recently started using obs again and it's changed quite a bit. I have tried everything in the settings but every time I trie to record dragonage inquisition, the preview is crystal clear but the recorded flv file looks rubbish. I even went up to 4000 bit rate and 60 fps no downscaling, maximum CPU load but no difference? Can I change the file type? Help please.

1920x1080p monitor
Intel 15 4670k
8gb dual channel ram

CPU Preset Ultra Fast has worst quality. Put Very fast or faster to get better quality and maybe even put more bitrate?

yea im on very fast when using x264 codec becase faster or fast uses like 50 to 80% cpu. im using quick sync i really dont know what to select for more cpu load and better quality. this is happening with dragonage inquisition so ill test in bf4. srsly considering using dxtory and rendering down (compressing) because i will be uploading to youtube at my friends house who has unlimited internet
