Question / Help Super computer and laggy \ delayed stream?

Stream is sttutering , laggy , and this is a really good computer imo , what could be the problem? im totaly new to streaming so please accpet my noob language :D

Running at 3500kbps will do that. It's why non-partnered streams are advised not to exceed 2000kbps, to minimize buffering and delay (as the more you buffer, the more the player will delay things so it can try to ensure smooth playback by grabbing more 'chunks').

Don't use NVENC. It's a very poor quality encode, and is only used for local recording, or if you're trying to stream from a potato with no other option.

Switch to the nonpartner 'golden point' settings:
1280x720 (or the next lower if not available in the downscale dropdown), 30fps, 2000kbps, x264 encoding on the Veryfast preset.
