Hi all, I have tried many many different settings and no matter what I do, the video in OBS is choppy.

Even when I don't stream to FB, OBS is extremely choppy on it's own, trying to display video.
Is it at all possible to use OBS to stream smooth video?
Elgato HD60 with a Canon Rebel T1i DSLR camera
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
2.9 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB
16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Log file created while recording to mp4 on local hard drive
How can I configure to make the video smoother? Is the Cannon camera feeding the computer too much data for it to crunch?
