Question / Help SUPER choppy streaming on all games

So, I have been trying to stream lately, i have a cam/mic etc. The video quality seems fine (720p). But my only setback (and it is a big one) is the choppiness. I would say i have about 30 fps when i stream but i freeze for about 1-2 seconds every 10 seconds.

Note:
-My bitrate is 2500
-My game settings are turned to the lowest graphics
- I am 100% confident it is not my hardware (brand new $1300 custom build PC)
-Only happens when i stream (when not streaming all games are flawless at max graphics)
-I am aiming for 720p@60fps
-my Upload speed is around 3.6 - 3.9

Any help would be great i really would like to stream with high quality!

Sounds like your CPU is not up to the task, Try lowering your x264 preset to superfast or ultrafast.

Also, you said your bitrate was 2500, yet in your log, it shows 3500. If your max upload is only 3.6-3.9, then you are most likely hitting your upload cap, which could be the cause of the dropped frames. But the games performance hit, is most likely due to too much stress on your CPU

The problem isn't the CPU, it's the slow sources that are making OBS spend more time rendering. Check the profiler section of the log to see what I mean.
