Question / Help Super and Choppy stream?

Hey everyone, I am having a real super, choppy stream when I stream. As an example, you can see it here

The thing bugging me is that I have a pretty good conection, really good actually according to speedtest as you can see in the picture below. Is it my settings? Thanks everybody.

Did the simulator thing and followed all the settings it reccomended to no success. Here is the log:

download the latest version from here 32bit
http://obsproject.com/download

downscale the resolution to 1280x720 from settings> video tab

change the fps to 30

use game capture. and to do it launch lol client start a game and alt-tab out go back to obs and add game capture for lol instead of monitor capture.

I'm glad it did. if you want more quality and because you have the internet for it you can double your bitrate and buffsize it should be no problem.
