[Suggestions] Global Sources

Hi everyone,

I was using global sources recently for the first time and I think it would be awsome to set any source as "global" once you have created it in any scene.

Suggestion would be adding a right click possibility for each source "set as global source", so you can copy these sources to other scenes without creating them from the beginning.

Precisely, it would help the users to copy sources between scenes instead of creating copies manually!

This has been suggested before, but doing it would be troublesome, and not really worth it.

Global sources are only meant to be used for sources that have a long initialization time, such as webcams, capture cards and certain browser or IRC sources. It can also be used as a workaround to have several subregions of a Windows 8 monitor capture, but that's about it.

All sources are already effectively global in the rewrite of OBS that is in progress.
