Question / Help Suggestions for better CPU

Already concluded that my laptop is poor for streaming so I am looking at possibly upgrading the CPU of my desktop. The desktop has an AMD E-450 dual-core processor with an AMD Radeon HD 6300 graphics card. Overall its a good desktop, 1TB hard drive with 4GB memory, I just need a better CPU but I have no idea what to look for. I think my budget is going to be $100-$150. Any, real, suggestions would be appreciated.

The E-450 is a mobility chip designed for laptops and I think that is the most powerful E Series that AMD made.
if i remember correctly those chips are actually soldered to the motherboard. the socket is a BGA413
for a decent cpu for streaming in that price range you're looking at these cpus

however you'd need to swap out the motherboard also.
there are a few other issues, all the computers i see with that, have very tiny power supplies. so that also would have to be upgraded, maybe even the case since the majority of them are micro/thin and designed for what i call desktop-laptops. normal hardware typically cant fit into those cases.
your cpu supports ddr3 so you can at least use your current ram but i would advise upgrading to 8gb will make life a lot better on the pc. you'll also be able to use the hard drive.
