However the reason I want two PTT options is so that I can use my in-game PTT, and also respond to chat questions from Twitch.tv without having to disrupt in-game communications.
A workaround could be an AutoHoyKey script that, when either button is pressed, presses a third button as well, and make that third button your OBS PTT.
