Suggestion Required External Monitor while Display Capture

I have i7 12th gen laptop with Nvidia RTX 3060.

I want to use OBS only for display capture recording.

I want to capture the display on External Monitor.

Should I be connecting my external monitor to Intel Iris XE Graphics Card or to my Nvidia Graphics Card.

I am recording using NVENC H264 codec.
