Question / Help Suggestion on Frame Drop problems?

I've been using OBS for over a year and possibility longer (been too long since I remembered).

I had no problems with streaming on Twitch until the latest v0.06b patch, that's when it was pretty much completely unstreamable majority of the time.

I'll get the "Red" color with frame loss so high I can get disconnected to Twitch.. but sometimes it will be completely stable.

I already tried almost every server listed in the US and the results is nearly the same (I was on Dallas server a few days ago and it was stable completely with 0% loss.. but then last night it happened).

I'm pretty much at a loss because nothing have been changed since I first installed OBS and have the settings fixed (both hardware and software) so I am kind of aimed toward thinking something in v0.60b is causing the problem (is there a way to download the previous version to test?).

I already did check the topics here and tried all I can (suggestions) and still got no idea why.

Attached is the log file and hope someone can give me a hint why. Thanks.

Yes sir.

Changing Servers:
Yup, every one of them have the same problem. Maybe once in a while, an hour or two it is completely stable (even though the game I'm stream and everything I'm doing is the same).

Lowering Bitrate:
I put it as low as 500 and even lower the resolution (capture and output to stream), nothing changed, same problem.

I'm on direct wire (I never like wireless for gaming and stuff).

Throttling:
I tried the software ShapterProbe but it shows nothing out of the ordinary:
Code:
Estimating capacity:
Upstream: 10066 Kbps.
Downstream: 85894 Kbps.

The measurement will take upto 2.5 minutes. Please wait.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 9856 Kbps.

Downstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 54992 Kbps

Different Streaming Service.
I don't have any other streaming service unfortunately.
Everything else is working fine though (that is heavy bandwidth like YouTube, watching Twitch streams, etc).

I tried my FME and it was completely stable with no drop-frame rate, but since it doesn't conform with the new settings (and not compatible with Twitch anymore), I get disconnected after a while.

SpeedTest is fine for me:
Ping 11ms
Download: 58Mbps
Upload: 12Mbps

Update Network Adapter Drive
Already Updated and no new updates.

Bad Router or Hardware
I would think this would affect my overall network considering I have 4 wireless and 4 computers connected for years too (for Netflix or anything else). So nothing is wrong as I already checked for it.

Any other advices? The log looks really bad for "unstable connection" but I never saw that on my log until the latest version.

Thank you.

Try signing up for another streaming service. hitbox.tv and ustream.tv are two options you can try. If those run fine, the the issue is with Twitch. If they both have the same problem, then you'll need to contact your ISP.

I finally made an Ustream.TV account, thank you for your guide on figuring out how to set it up (it was really confusing on how to get it since Ustream menus is confusing).

It looks like it is Twitch.TV that is having trouble.
I remember a few months ago, Twitch had "incompatibility" with OBS (tons of frame drop and disconnects like I'm having right now) but it got fixed a day or so later.

Could this be the problem again?
Is there anyone here using OBS not having this problem (and not a Pro-subscriber)?

Thanks again, if there is any way you can see why there is a problem between OBS and Twitch? It have been happening for this whole week already. I probably only got one good day with little to no framedrop.

Never mind.. it started happening like 30 minutes into the stream.. I'll have to contact my ISP to see what is going on.

Try adding DisableSendWindowOptimization=1 to your profile .ini file in the [Publish] section.

(%APPDATA%\OBS\profiles)

This helped a lot in the stability.

I still get some framerate drops (455 dropped frames 0.72%) and I've done 30 minutes so far.

I did get a few disconnects before but it isn't as insane as before adding this option in (before in 30 seconds I get 10k frame drops into a complete disconnect).

It is getting better at least at the time of this writing I've stream over 1 hour, better than 30 seconds worth of nonstop consistent disconnects.

Any opinions on the findings or reason why this is working so far?
I'm not too familiar with the Send Window Optimization.

Twitch fixed the problem with OBS (or this configuration option), I'm not sure but I will report tomorrow after work to see how my stream is.

Thanks a lot for responding though, much appreciated.

EDIT
My Twitch Analyzer passed completely except for the audio (said volume is a little too high but it really isn't).

Resolution: 1280x720
Frame Rate: 30 FPS
Audio: aac, 44100 Hz, stereo, s16, 115 kb/s
Total Bitrate: 1626 kbps
Padding: None
Stream Uptime: 0h 51m 40s

Before I completely failed with frame rate drops and stuff lol.
