I use OBS to livestream games and added a simple black box that I created in MS Paint as an image source to cover the chat windows in various games, then I overlay some kind of art or webcam over the black box so it doesn't just look like a black box sitting in the middle of my screen. Since it's various games, of course the chat windows are not always square and I have to resize them for each game. Problem is OBS image source properties does not have an option to ignore the aspect ratio of the black box I created, so it's always square. It will make it a larger square, but not a rectangle.
Would be nice to add a feature to ignore the aspect ratio of the image source so I can make it any size needed. Or if I am just simply overlooking how to do this any help would be appreciated.
