Currently it is .mp4, but Sony Vegas won't open it...

Is it possible that you can change this output to something different ?
(AVI or wmv)

Or is there a way that sony will open it ?

Files being unable to be opened in video editors is currently being worked on and should be fixed in the next version

Latest version(0.51b) still has this issue. Both Vegas and Adobe Premiere Pro are unable to play the video back.

Thanks for the tip - tried it out, rerecorded in OBS, tried importing to Vegas and Premiere Pro with no luck.

dodgepong, you are a genius! I changed all the settings, and BAM, it worked. Tracked back which one it was, and it was the "Custom x264 parameters:". I had entered in "crf=0 vbv-maxrate=0 vbv-bufsize=0" as recommended by a gaming website, and this text appears to be the problem. Vegas & Premier can now see the videos correctly.

Thanks a bunch for your help!
