Suggestion for built in follower / sub alerts

I would love to see a flexible and customizable built in alert system for followers, donations and subscribers. This would basically remove the need for 3rd party software such as nightdev etc...

1. Have the ability for adding your own graphics for various alerts.
2. Ability to add sounds for different alerts.
3. Ability to move / resize the alerts with effects such as animation.

This would be a nice thing to have, but considering 1) how much work it would be and 2) how many programs are out there that do exactly this, the chances of this being implemented are slim to none.
