Suggestion: Add an editable Streaming URL List.

It would be really handy to add an editable streaming URL table so we can save our custom destinations. We have multiple Facebook pages and accounts as well as various other streaming destinations. It's just a little annoying having to type in the URL and key every time we want to stream to a different "custom RTMP" destination or a different Facebook account.

Thanks for all your hard work! It's making a real difference in the video streaming community!
