I do not know if this has been talked about or suggested, but I think developers should have a way to post their plugins. Maybe a new subforum where the posts need to be approved before they are submitted. Something like that that really highlights the plugins would be a big help in installing and distributing plugins.

There is actually a plugins forum but it's hidden. I'm just holding off until Jim has the free time to write up the API documentation. The main forum will be for complete plugins only, for information/support for them which will be heavily moderated, there will also be a development subforum for works in progress :)
