Question / Help Suggested settings for my system?

Hello, I've been messing with OBS for quite some time now and I haven't been able to get a smooth, clear picture whilst streaming despite having a fairly good upload speed and PC

Most of the times I get awful pixellation throughout the stream which drives my audience away.

Speedtest:

PC Specs:

• CPU - AMD FX-6300 OC'ed to 4.2 GHZ (6 Cores)
• GPU - ASUS NVidia GTX 660 OC edition
• Mobo: Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
• RAM - Kingston HyperX (2x8GB Dims)

Could someone suggest settings or let me know what's going on?

Please post a logfile, as noted in the stickied thread at the top of the forum, and linked whenever a new thread is created in the Q&H forum. We need it to see what's going on at present, and offer suggestions.
Also, might want to link to a VOD where the pixellation is happening.
