Pc is Purely for Streaming

Gpu-1060 GTX 3G
OBS
Nvenc
720p -60Fps

CURRENT SETTINGS
6000 bitrate
Lookahead on
Psycho visual Tuning
Max Quality
High
Max B frames 4


I Still get Pixelated on High Motion scenes
Whats wrong??? Or what would be best settings for my current setup
