Bug Report suffer about D3D10

When I clicked "preview" , I got the error below.

Could not create D3D10 device and swap chain. This error can happen for one of the following reason:
1.) You're using an old or unsupported GPU (some laptops GPUs can also have this issue)
2.) You're running windoews vista without the "Platform Update"
3.) I screwed something up somewhere

Then, I checked my DirectX , and Direct 11 is included in my computer and Direct3D acceleration is available.

Why my OBS doesn't run? What sould I do?

Did you run the directx web updater that was included with the OBS installer?
What operating system are you on?
Are you on a laptop? What GPU? Is it an Intel Integrated GPU?

OS is Win vista;laptop
GPU is maybe "mobile intel GMA 4500MHD"

You have an Integrated graphics, no?

Well it was always a bad idea to play games on integrated graphics (if you dont have an i7 with HD4000) , I dont think you will ever stream smoothly with this. Maybe I am wrong on this.
