Suddenly Struggling with YouTube

Hello everyone.

I have been Livestreaming with OBS for 3 years and never had an issue that was not easy to understand and easily adjusted, and never an issue with OBS. However, my last 3 livestreams have developed sudden loss of signal, buffering, dropped frames and YT Studio claims the connection is bad, etc. I do not use any plug-ins, and I have not changed any settings. My OBS set-up and YT set up should handle what I am doing (and has handled it for years), but suddenly, the last 3 Fridays my streams are a disaster with tech issues. It is not my computer. It is not my internet. The "issue" seems different each week, with the only common ground being YouTube claiming connection health is bad and OBS dropping frames like mad. My CPU workload is only 12%. It is something going on between OBS, Windows, and YouTube. OBS recently had a big upgrade, Windows has had multiples, as had YouTube. Anybody else suddenly having issues after no problems for weeks/months/years? It is very frustrating. I know folks want more details as to what is going wrong, but YTs complaint has been different each time, other than saying the connection is poor.

I am currently having that exact issue right now! Did you ever figure out what the problem was?

Upping this thread because Im having the exact same problem right now.

Trying to stream 1440p HDR via Youtube HLS.
Connection is cabled, with Cat7 double shielded cables (brand new).
ISP connection is 1000/100 mbit... I'm getting full speed on both ends.

If I upload, fx a 65gb video normally to Youtube, I'm getting 113 mbit consistently.

But in OBS... I can't get above 15.000 in bitrate now for some reason. This morning I was able to go 19.000. Anything over 20.000 would consistently give 30-50% dropped frames.

I can manipulate the intervals of the dropped frames by changing the keyframing setting.

The pc is a 14700K @ 5700mhz
Ram @ 6000mhz
m.2 drives
1000/1000 network connection
RTX 4080

Win 11 is fully updated, all drivers are updated, even reinstalled.
OBS is a clean install, no add-ons or anything. Have disabled audio software that could influence the sampling.

Still... it crashes... now above 15.000 bitrate.

CPU load: 2-3%
GPU load (OBS share): 34%
No overheating at all...

OBS does not make any crash reports, and never have despite several crashes.
The logs, when analyzed refer to "your network is bad.. blabla"... which, it's not ^^^^^^

So... what's going on?
