Question / Help Suddenly started to drop frames like crazy

I've been trying to get back into streaming these last 2 weeks and everything has been going very good until 2-3 days ago when I noticed in OBS that my stream started to drop frames like crazy...I've tried to lower my bitrate, removed "Psycho Visual Tuning" but nothing seems to change...I'm using my GPU to encode (GTX 970) and I usually play stuff that runs on a toaster:
