Question / Help Suddenly OBS only streams with 10FPS

Hey there,
suddenly, out of nowhere, OBS started streaming in low FPS. I didn't change anything, didn't install any new programms that could affect the stream.
Here is a log from a WORKING Stream with about 60 FPS:

The second log does not contain a streaming session or was cut short.
Also a demo video would be good.

A demo video wouldn't be very spectacular, because it only shows the game with like 10 FPS, nothing else.
Btw: It doesn't change if I change the resolution ingame. If I play on high settings it has the same FPS as I play with very low settings.

I'm having the same issue here I get 100+ fps in game but 10-15 in OBS with max cpu load of only 45%. Makes no difference if I play on max settings or min settings.

Having the same issue as well In game I get 70 FPS and in obs I only get 15 to 20

Looks like alot of people have the same problem.

I have been looking for the past week and I still have not found a thing.... All I want to do is stream arma 3 but I cant when my game runs fine but obs has frame drop.

The only fix I have found is to adjust the screen resolution of the monitor your game is running on. It still makes no sense to me but playing in windowed mode with a smaller resolution seems to cap me at 30 fps. I would love to know the reason as to why its doing this though. Very irritating that I cant stream while playing my game with decent resolution
