Suddenly OBS just keeps DCing over and over again

This started on 11-19 and just fig was a net is messed up day but then tried do my friday stream and then my sat stream and just tried bunch of stuff today (new modem, updating obs, talking to net ppl about anything on there end) Just nothing making it working

I haven't messed with my settings in vary long time so strange for it to suddenly not be working but I did try lowering my settings and still would just keep dcing

I honestly don't know what to do the cable net ppl say nothing on there end shows anything wrong and spent like 2 and 1/2 days trying find out why all suddenly just isn't working right

Tried some more stuff
Tired lowering bunch of stuff below what I normally had it at before wed
and just seems never fail after like 5-15ish mins it start dc/ing and just so confusing why this happening when I've streamed for years

As Sparklight doesn't want seem find out what going on am going try a new place Brightspeed there offering Fiber in my area something never been around here hopefully this will get things rolling for the better (and all works out its cheaper too) got wait until 28th

I tested Twitch (and tried changing the servers), Youtube and Odysee and happens

And its so strange when it worked fine on 14th & 15th of Nov before this started on 19th
