Suddenly no desktop audio, help!

So, while setting up a Yeti mic on my OBS, I suddenly discovered I no longer have desktop audio. Nothing has changed in terms of equipment used and 12 hours ago this problem did not exist on my last stream. Nothing works.
Things I have already tried:
Reinstalling OBS
Turning off exclusivity
Updating sound drivers
Turning Windows Sonic on/off

Here is a logfile: https://obsproject.com/logs/uO44SF4mqCZrTXPe

Any help would be appreciated.

You did talk about your Blue Yeti.
But you didn't mention your Headset Earphone (Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma).

Whats about? Seems that your Desktop Audio is bound to that interface and your log says that it isn't available (USB too)?

The headset is the exact same headset I have been using for months. That's what inexplicable. On Friday night, OBS had no problems with that headset. On Saturday morning, it refuses to work with no reason given why.

Update: Any other audio works. I borrowed another set of headphones and they work. Speakers work. But for some reason, OBS suddenly hates the same set of headphones it's been happily working with for months.

OBS has no emotions for sure... ;-)
It just tells that the mentioned usb audio device couldn't be initialized.

There are some specific issues regarding modern "intelligent" headsets, because they may have two faces to the system. If i remember right they may play roles as headset or speakerphone or classic combination of mic and earphones. I can't describe in detail, but there were threads in this forum already about those issues. Please have a look for yourself and search for those...
