Question / Help Suddenly lagging in OBS

A few weeks ago, I started lagging with obs and I couldn't go above 60 fps but, before that I could easily run above 100fps. I have absolutely no idea what happened. My laptop specs are:
i7-7700HQ
16GB of DDR4 ram
GTX 1050TI
Windows 10 Home 64bit
