I was happily recording my game for weeks, then today after half a day of gaming, suddenly the screen started tearing and (visible) framerate dropped. The game reports framerates ≥60Hz (both with vsync and without), but the screen tears, looks stuttery. It almost looks like the tearing happens in cycles at 20 or 30Hz. Again, both with vsync on and off. The recorded video is smooth as silk. I restarted both the game and OBS and the stuttering persists.
I read somewhere I should set opencl=true in some "custom settings", but I can't find for life where this is. (Was it an older OBS that had a button with the codec settings?)
https://obsproject.com/logs/A4d2aV-LO6SnUII- The tearing started at the beginning of recording 2019-02-03 20-38-41.mkv
btw, the resolution of monitor "output 1" is 1280x720, not 2880x1620, because, well... I can't launch OBS while in-game.
