was recording and streaming fine yesterday, but now, all of a sudden, i get stutters on my recordings/streams.
my CPU usage stays below 10% during recording. i haven't changed any settings since yesterday.
what the hell is going on here?? my game runs smooth, even preview on OBS looks buttery smooth.
