So I've had my Live Gamer HD for almost 2 years now without any issues whatsoever. Very recently however I stopped getting video to my monitor and it happened literally overnight, computer doesn't even detect my monitor but it does detect my c985 in device section of the control panel. I actually ended up buying a new c985 because I was informed by AverMedia that "the hdmi output port on my c985 was probably dead" or something along those lines. Also my c985 wasn't under warranty so they wouldnt do anything. Now that I have a new one I find out that I have the same issue, no video passthrough. the monitor I'm using is a older Samsung Syncmaster b2230 60hz. Pretty standard so I don't know why I"m having this issue all of a sudden. I've tried reinstalling all the drivers for the c985, I've tried different hdmi cables and dvi cables with adapters, I tried changing which pci slot my c985 was in and I've checked my bios to make sure that my pci slots were powered up. I have no idea what the problem is here but it's really aggravating. PLEASE HELP! Almost forgot to mention, I get perfect passthrough using my Hanns-G 60hz monitor which is how I know neither card is bad, it's just my syncmaster Samsung that doesn't want to work all of a sudden.
