Suddenly encoding problem on record

Guys hello to everyone, it’s been a while that i’m using OBS and i was very happy with it. I used to stream without problem but my main Focus is to record high quality upscaled gameplay with old machines. I never had a single problem until, I think, three or four months ago. When i found mu best settings in 2019 i’ve never changed them (and of course same hardware) and all went fine but suddenly encoding problems started during rec and a significant number of frames were lost during on log.
A message with Encoding overloaded appears. Now i read the post about it, but what blows my mind is that all were fine before and i never changed a single stuff, someone can help me? Maybe turn back to an older version can solve the problem?

If this could be of any interest, the problem was with a new hard drive, targetting the old one seems to solve the problem
